We are sure you must’ve heard of Judo, but what does it mean? It literally translates to ‘gentle way’ and is derived from jiu-jitsu. At Atilla Martial Arts, we train you in Judo in a way that you can easily translate it into real life and use the principles of Judo to improve your physical and mental health.

Our kids’ class is for 5-16 years old and it will focus on getting them ready for a journey of strength, discipline, commitment, and train them in a cohesive manner that supports their development in these early stages of life.
Similarly, we also help adults get acquainted with these martial art forms and we will work towards an all-inclusive approach to provide self-defense skills and do what we can to build their confidence, discipline, and overall strength.
